Hi, I'm Viv

I help young adults develop the essential real-world skills to thrive in their 20s and 30s, without the avoidable trial and error and setbacks.

I'm a certified adult educator and lawyer with 20 years of  working experience across major corporations and startups. I was born in Asia, grew up in New Zealand, worked around the globe and now living in Switzerland.

Over the years, I’ve seen bright students struggle in the real world. Degrees, connections, and international exposure help—but they don’t assure success.

To succeed in life takes Skills.  School assumes you pick them up as you go.  A good example is, working on a group project exposes you to collaborating with others, but it does not teach you how to work with them, especially when the going gets tough.  The real world is a tough place.

That’s why I’m here—to share real-world strategies for mastering leadership, personal growth, and other Essential Skills you need for work, career and life accomplishments and ultimately, your happiness.
